I've been using a menstrual cup for years now because sustainability is really important for me. Unfortunately I have uterine fibroids that make my cramps really bad, and the cup was making them unbearable.

I had heard of reusable pads online but was nervous about leakage as I had struggled with traditional pads in the past. I ended up trying them out, and I'm glad I did!

Currently wrapping up my first cycle and am incredibly pleased. My cramps are back to 'normal' levels, the pads are very comfortable (although thick so I have to wear loose pants lol), and I didn't have any issues with leaking, even at night!

They're easy to clean as well! I ran them with my regular laundry and they were good as new.

Overall very happy with my purchase.

I find the minky pads to be super comfortable and they do absorb a lot, I think the issue I have with them is just due to my weight , I am 275 pounds which is why I think they are a little on the small side.

The main issue I have is with the wings. They snap well and hold on very well, although because they are the same material as the absorbent layer, the blood will seep over the sides if your period gets heavy quickly. I have tried other pads before and this was never something I had to worry about in the past,

I do though think other than the wings, the shape of the pads is neat, and they are working as long as you pay attention to your flow and prepare to change them early if it’s seeping over the wings.

Washing them is super easy, I throw them right in their bag until wash day, and then I personally prefer rinsing them out before throwing them in the wash , although I did wash one without rinsing it first and it washed perfectly without any staining at all as well.

I will be buying more of the overnight size, as for my body size they are the most protection for me.

Really absorbent for heavy flows also never gotten a rashe caused by moister and friction (aka diaper rashes) which is great since I suffer from eczema
