I have always had a heavy flow. After organ rearrangement that comes with children I am unable to wear a cup. Wanting to get away from bleached disposable products I truly appreciate the full coverage of this larger pad. I will be purchasing more this size as my daily wear formy periods. Also something I didnt expect was way less pain that may have been coming from the store bought disposable pads.
